At present, the company produces, repairs and provides maintenance for main gearboxes for the Mi-helicopter family (Mi-8, Mi-8MTV, Mi-14, Mi-17, Mi-26 and Mi-34), as well as R-25 and R-45 gearboxes for mobile electric power stations. The high quality of the products allowed the enterprise to work successfully in the sphere of aviation business, to gain constant customers and partners, such as Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant, Klimov corporation (St.-Petersburg), Aviadvigatel JSC and Kazan Helicopters JSC.
Lasting partnership exists between our plant and Kazan Helicopter s JSC. It was the reason why we eagerly agreed to participate in its new project – the design of Ansat light multipurpose helicopter. The development of the transmission for the Ansat helicopter is a new important direction of our activity . It is performed by a team of experienced technologists.
In 2002-2003, Reductor – PM company delivered to Kazan Helicopter s JSC five modernized transmission sets for the Ansat helicopter , transmitting the enhanced power to the tail rotor. Each set consists of the VR-23 modified twostage main gearbox, the XL-23 conical one-stage tail gearbox and a tail shaft.
There is no doubt that the transmission for the Ansat helicopter will be a worthy representative of Reductor – PM JSC products.
Tod ay, the manufacturing of new products is carried on. An agreement on cooperation was signed with KamAZ JSC. It provides for the production of rear axle hypoid gearboxes for heavy trucks. The plant also produces transmissions for the Mi-28N helicopter , manufactured by Rostverol JSC.
The company w on the diploma of Prikamye’s Management Leader competition for its contribution to the economy and social stability of the region. Reductor – PM JSC is considered to be the most effective Perm Motors JSC enterprise. Today’s achievements of the company are the basis for the future
plans.
The well-established r eputation of Russian aircraft-building was always based on the high quality of its products. Reductor – PM JSC has also gained
rich quality control experience. In 2002, the certificate of conformity of production, repair and maintenance quality control system w as given to Reductor–PM enterprise.
